01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active account on siju88. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers or payment details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, siju88 will close all but one account and reserves the right to forfeit balances and bonuses held across the duplicate accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Your password must not be shared with any other person. siju88 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact siju88 support immediately. siju88 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension during the investigation period.

Account details — including your registered mobile number and payment method — may be updated by contacting support and completing the required verification process. siju88 does not permit account transfers; your account cannot be sold, gifted or otherwise transferred to another person.

04 Deposits

All deposits on siju88 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers and debit or credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary; the current list of supported methods is displayed on the Deposit page.

Minimum deposit amounts apply and may vary depending on which promotion, if any, you intend to claim with your deposit. Always check the relevant promotion terms on the Promotions page before depositing to confirm your intended deposit amount qualifies.

• Deposits are credited to your siju88 account balance in PKR once cleared by the payment provider.
• siju88 does not apply additional processing fees to deposits. Standard charges applied by your payment provider are outside siju88's control.
• Deposit limits may apply. Contact support if you need information about limits applicable to your account.
• siju88 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit at its sole discretion if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

Deposits made to siju88 are for gaming and betting purposes only. Depositing funds and immediately withdrawing without any gaming activity is not permitted and may be flagged as suspicious activity.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on siju88 are processed back to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever possible. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest, with most requests completing within the same business day once approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days depending on your bank.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies. The current minimum is displayed on the Deposit and withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. siju88 may request documentation including a copy of your CNIC or proof of payment method ownership.
• Active bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only your real money balance — net of any active bonus obligations — is available for withdrawal at any given time.
• siju88 reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal while conducting standard due diligence or investigating suspected account misuse.
• Withdrawal requests can be cancelled by the player before processing begins. Once processing has started, the request cannot be reversed.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

siju88 offers a range of promotional bonuses including a welcome deposit bonus, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, PSL season specials and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated clearly on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses on siju88 carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place total bets equal to 20 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal is permitted on those funds.

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Bonuses that expire before wagering is complete will be removed from your account along with any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live Casino and Sports Betting contribution rates are stated per promotion. Always check the specific promotion terms before playing with an active bonus.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the wagering requirement on an existing bonus may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.

07 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on siju88 covers Cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and ICC events — as well as Football, Esports and other available sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once confirmed and assigned a bet reference number by the siju88 system. Bets that have not received a confirmation are not considered accepted.
• Odds Changes: Odds displayed at the time you initiate a bet may change before confirmation. siju88 will notify you if odds change materially before acceptance and will request your confirmation to proceed at the new price.
• Abandoned or Shortened Matches: Where a cricket match or other sporting event is abandoned, significantly shortened or declared void, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport as published on the Bet page. In general, bets on incomplete events will be voided and stakes returned unless a result can be determined from the completed portion of the event.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted at siju88's discretion. Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. All live bets already confirmed before a suspension remain valid.
• Errors and Obvious Mistakes: If a bet is placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a system or data error, siju88 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been marked as settled.
• Maximum Payout Limits: Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply. Current limits are displayed on the Bet page. Winnings above the stated limit will be capped at the maximum payout amount.

PSL betting is particularly popular among siju88 players. All PSL markets follow standard cricket betting rules. Player performance markets — including top runscorer, wicket-taker and Man of the Match — are settled based on official match data from the relevant cricket board.

08 Casino and Game Rules

siju88 offers Live Casino, Slots and Fish Games. The following general rules apply across all casino and game products on the platform:

• All game outcomes on siju88 are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of Live Casino, by the physical outcome of the live dealer's actions. siju88 does not influence or manipulate game outcomes.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on siju88. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, claim bonuses more than once, or manipulate platform systems.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms or any automated system to place bets, spin games or interact with the platform in a way that is not through normal manual play.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting siju88 support. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in the account — net of active bonus obligations — will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard verification. Bonuses that have not met their wagering requirement at the time of closure are forfeited.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, siju88 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, balances may be forfeited.

11 Privacy and Data
